Written on Jan 10, 2023 after therapy with Shannon for 1 year on issues concerning stress, anxiety, grief, intimacy-related issues, and coping with life changes

During a time of many changes, Shannon gave me a safe space to process things and provided me with an outside perspective to view my past and present in a new lens that allowed me to cultivate a better understanding of my sense of self, as well as the tools to be able to maintain and manage things in future. I’m more than grateful. I recommend talking it out and considering therapy to anyone unsure, because you won’t know until you really try, which sometimes means giving things a try more than once.

Shannon is absolutely brilliant. I admire how she listens and is so perceptive to things I am saying and things I am not saying as well. The way she extracts insights and helps me make connections I previously had no idea existed is just awesome and I'm completely at ease with her
