Words can’t express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Shannon! She’s seen me at my worst and has seen me grow within six months ! I was very skeptical about Therapy until I met Shannon, she’s taught me a lot from handling my emotions to learning how to find beauty within myself. <3 I’m indebted to Shannon for her time and her kindness!

Shannon is incredible. She listens to me, understands my struggles, and provides me with actionable things to work on. The details of my life she remembers is impressive and makes me feel seen. My life has improved so much in the past year and a big portion of that is due to the therapy she provides.

Shannon is the ultimate companion on my therapy journey. She is incredibly personable and easy to talk to but also challenges me to discover route causes and dynamics that are better for my overall being. She is flexible and provides multiple avenues for communication. She provides resources that are easy to use and at my pace. She is organized and is able to structure conversations and sessions in ways that help me progress one step at a time. She is truly a master of this craft and an excellent therapist. Thank you Shannon.

Shannon is very personable and comfortable to talk to. It makes it easier to talk about things you really don't want to talk about when there is a comfort zone there. I look forward to our chats.
