Shannon is incredible. She always has a smile on her face when our sessions start and brings a positive uplifting attitude. She’s very attentive, follows up with things we’ve discussed, and sends me worksheets to work and reflect on after our calls. She has already made a significant improvement on my life and I continue to look forward to our calls.
