Shari Grizzle, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and end of life. I am licensed in Indiana, Georgia and Florida. I have extensive knowledge and experience using the following interventions; trauma focused CBT, CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, solution focused and brief therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are at and building on your strengths. I enjoy teaching clients how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and how to change those unwanted thoughts and behaviors while embracing the good in your life. I thoroughly enjoy working with individuals who have endured trauma, faced with depression, anxiety and PTSD. My favorite is behavior modification and management to correct the maladaptive "unwanted" behaviors displayed in individuals.

She is so easy to talk to and was able to read me like a book from day 1. She is very real and direct, which I love. I look forward to our sessions. Thank you Shari.

Shari is amazing at what she does. She listens to my concerns and helps me make a plan to tackle things that I feel are holding me back. She doesn’t make me feel judged. I am comfortable talking to her about anything and look forward to our sessions.

Very supportive, understanding and knowledgeable. She isn’t the “and how does that make you feel?” Therapist . She is EXTREMELY informational. She ask the right questions and gives the right answers. She Levels with you and is a great conversationalist witch supports a productive session.
