I've been working with Sharisse for a little over a year, and she has been an absolutely invaluable help for me during a very difficult period in my life. She is always very attentive and she provides incredible insights, shining a light on things that I might not necessarily have been able to see for myself. I wouldn't have been able to get through this last year, especially the last couple of months, without her help.

Sharisse has been absolutely phenomenal. Years of questions and mental baggage has been helped and undone in less than a years time thanks to the work we have both done. There’s still more work to do but for the first time in a long time I am content and happy with life and understanding things. I couldn’t be more grateful for anything and that’s the truth

I have been going through family issues for about a year and started counseling with Sharisse in the Fall of 2020 to learn how to cope. This is my first experience with therapy and I look forward to our sessions every week. Sharisse has been a tremendous support for me as I have learned how to navigate my feelings with family conflict. She listens, understands, and helps me think through how to approach complicated situations in my family. I am so thankful to have found this support!

Sharisse has been such a big help and support to me over the past few months. She is such a great listener and has helped me build my confidence to a point I never thought possible, and I can’t recommend her enough for anyone struggling with anxiety or self-esteem!

I live better help because I could select a counselor that understood my life and the ways I'd like to analyse it and improve upon it. Well Sharisse is fantastic, she listens, guides, challenges, and understands the moments where I need a push. She reminds me that this, and everything is a process. I can say that she's definitely help nurture me out of a depression and continues to remind me to come back to my tools to keep myself mentally well. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sharisse creates a supportive space for me to unpack my emotions and find ways to make life easier on myself. In a world where we are constantly practicing "fitting in" and suppressing our instincts, Sharissa opens the dialogue to look at things from a new perspective and lean into the current, rather than swim upstream. Thank you Sharissa for continuing to make life lighter.
