Greetings,
I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of California to provide therapy.
I earned my Master of Social Work from California State University - Sacramento.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with clients who have struggled with a broad variety of issues including anxiety, anger, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and abuse.
Additionally, I have experience with individuals who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. My work experience includes but is not limited to state hospitals, county jails, state prisons, community mental health and medical clinics, re-entry and senior-focused programs,
My therapeutic approach primarily consists of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral theory, and solution-focused therapy.
