I am licensed in Kentucky with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I use a practical style of therapy, utilizing personal life experience and education. I grew up in Western KY, in extreme poverty and in an abusive household. My escape was the military, and after 14 years of service I was medically discharged. I took this opportunity to return to school so I could learn how to help others going through some of the same challenges that I have gone through. I have worked in a community clinic, and I currently work full time with inmates at one of KY's state prisons. All of these experiences have allowed me to be able to tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I look forward to working with you!
