I have worked with Sheila 3 times now and she is very knowledgeable. She explains things to me in a way that no other therapist has, and she is very easy to talk to. The way she explains things makes perfect sense to me and I really think she will be able to help me.

Sheila has been excellent at re-verbalizing my statements in a way that gives me better insights. She has helped me so much by listening and helping me identify the importance of my words as well as giving additional suggestions.

I have struggled with seeking counseling. I have such a busy schedule that going to a counselors office after work seems impossible. This site has made sessions so convenient that I am happy to be participating in counseling now with my personal development. My counselor is great and I am enjoying speaking with her regularly. She understands my areas that need improvement, the areas that I want to improve, and she regularly lets me know I am processing and progressing. Even if I can't see it, or even if it does not seem significant to me. I have already recommend this site to a friend. :)
