I have nothing but positive things to say about Sheila! Every session she made me feel comfortable and safe to talk with her. I shared with her a past bad experience with a therapist and she validated my feelings and assured nothing like that would happen with her, and it didn’t. She gave me the tools to reframe my way of thinking and it’s helped improve my life and relationships. I will genuinely miss her & our sessions now that i feel like i’ve gotten to a place where i don’t need therapy. But, if that were to change Sheila would be the first person i’d call!
