So far we had 3 video call sessions and Shelley also writes me some occasional advice in between. It's my first experience with such services and my first therapy ever. Feeling better that means it works

Shelley was the third therapist I’ve tried on BetterHelp and now I know I won’t need to look for another one. She is more than just a good listener but tries to give me tools I can use to help when life gets tricky. I recommend her so highly.
