Sheree Collins, LPC
About me
Greetings!
My name is Sheree and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 17 years of experience in the mental health field. I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Board Certified Tele-mental Health Provider. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including addictions, trauma, depression, and bipolar to name a few. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, outpatient, inpatient, in home care, and private practice. I have experience working with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds, as well as children as young as 4 years old to adults as old as 94 years of age.
My counseling style is warm and supportive. I like tackling problems head on but gentle and at the pace of each person I work with. I use two treatment approaches Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. With CBT I want to help you focus on changing behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and developing personal coping strategies. With Solution-Focused Therapy I want to help you determine your goals and help you achieve them for your present and future circumstances.
My passion lies with assisting individuals who are ready to commit to changing and for those that are hesitant. I am willing and able to commit to help in a safe and professional way to meet your goals.
I look forward to speaking with you!

Absolutely amazing! A total gem in the therapist range. I would explain Sheree as progressive and “woke”. She has experience in every field of mental illness. I mentioned a disorder in my family that only has one specialist in the entire country, and she knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. I think she is an amazing therapist for youth and young adults. I’m 21 and wish I found her sooner! I call and beg my father to help me pay for therapy every month because it’s just so worth it! (LOL)

The best! Finally a therapist who understands me and gives applicable tools, I can apply to my daily life! I love her straight forward approach that is still kind and empathetic. I feel I am finally able to tackle issues and mindsets that have been holding me back. I would definitely recommend!
