I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience. I am pleased you have selected me as your counselor. My background includes work with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couples counseling,, career counseling, Bipolar Disorder, Grief, stage of life adjusment, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse and PTSD..
My approach combines a range of modalities talored with the client in mind. It is important that you understand our professional relationship as we prepare to begin the therapeutic process. I believe that counseling is an interactive process in which we will collaborate, exchange ideas, and design a plan of action with the intent of identifying your concerns and build the skills necessary to express your thoughts and feelings and gain a new life perspective.
