About me

I am licensed mental health counselor in Florida and for 10 years I have had the honor of helping individual and their families navigate through life's challenges. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & depression. Enjoy is unique and one technique or treatment modality will not work for everyone. Treatments are created and modified to ensure that they are tailored to fit your needs and goals. We will design a treatment plan that work best for you. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion because growth and progress will not occur otherwise. Take the first step and we will work together and help determine what a happier and more fulfilling life looks like for you. I am here to support you in that process.

Dr Thomson is friendly and really tries to understand where you are coming from. She does not hold back from calling out habits or ideologies that can be self-sabotaging, and is good at making sure you really get better.
