About me

Hello!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the metro Atlanta area with over 12 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with a diverse group of clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, parenting problems, veteran specific issues, career challenges and anger issues. I have also worked with clients who have experienced various types of trauma, specifically veterans.

I combine different therapeutic approaches based on clients presenting concerns, goals and motivation such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.

My counseling style is warm, inviting and helpful. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe in providing a safe space for all individuals.

My goal is to provide you with practical solutions and tools that you can utilize to help move you to a healthier place in life. Therapy is a collaborative process and I look forward to helping you make positive, productive and meaningful changes in your life so that you can experience a more fulfilling life.
