Sierra is an incredibly empathetic therapist. Until I spoke with her, I thought my trauma was just some dramatic misunderstanding on my part. It was wonderful to feel heard and validated, and also to be provided with resources that have helped me to work towards a healthier outlook on life. I couldn't have asked for a better therapist, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with family trauma.

I have been seeing Sierra for about 6 months now and she has really helped me with managing my stress and anxiety. I experienced some large life events after starting therapy and I felt better equipped to deal with everything with her guidance. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Sierra in 2023.

I am so glad that I found Sierra! I had a therapist before who I just wasn’t connecting with… so I searched for a new one until I came across her profile. During the initial intake session, I just knew I could be vulnerable and open with her. She has helped me so much and I learn something new about myself every time we have a session. I highly recommend!!! Thank you again, Sierra!
