About me
"Even the darkest clouds have the sun behind them." -Ashley Ballard
Sometimes life has a way of leaving us feeling hopeless and full of despair, but together we can explore the root cause of that hopelessness and help dissipate the clouds.
Some of the populations I specialize in include, working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, and ADHD.
The treatment modalities I typically utilize include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps target the negative core beliefs you may have about yourself. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is used to enhance mindfulness and cultivate self-awareness and Psychodynamic Treatment modality, which is when we look at your past to explore any current routines or behavior patterns that are problematic.
My sessions are typically full of hope and laughter. It would be a pleasure to walk alongside of you on your healing journey.

I have been with Simone for about 4 months now and she is truly a wonderful therapist! She always gives me scientific explanations for why I feel or act a certain way and always uses good analogies to help me understand certain situations better. She is so sweet, kind, and understanding. Highly recommend her!
