I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 26 years of experience working with children, couples and families with trauma histories living in residential and community settings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) techniques to address the diverse needs of my clients. My counseling style is based upon the needs of my clients. I can be supportive and also challenging when needed to address the barriers that are keeping you stuck in the same place.
