Skyler offers great scenarios and applicable advise that has been great. I have actually referred someone to him due to how well his guidance has helped me. We can relate on a lot of issues which is huge in dealing with life's struggles. Skyler is great at what he does and I highly recommend him.

I have had a great experience with Skyler. He keeps me focused on my goals, gently reminds me when I am returning to old patterns . I appreciate his messages in between therapy sessions. This little shots of encouragement keep me accountable.

Skyler is a very calming person and has great insight into personal trauma. He has helped me greatly in one of the darkest moments of my life and I am starting to see the light. I use his advise and exercises on a daily basis. I highly recommend him to anyone struggling.
