I never thought I would actually do therapy. I’ve put it off for probably over a decade. Now that I’m in it I wish I would have done it sooner. I know that Dr.Felder-Jones has made this process a lot easier then I expected and is very professional yet also relatable. I enjoy our sessions and look forward to what comes next.

She was understanding and down to earth, while we talked she took time to connect on a personal and human level with what i was going through and she helped me understand what i was having the issue with giving me that real "outside the box" view which is what i needed. After our last talk i have had a lot to think about and work over and most of it will be self reflection and accountability. Which sometimes its helpful to have someone affirm what you feel. Her approach was warming and great and she help honesty higher than anything else. I would highly suggest her for future choices to other clients.
