I was skeptical about this whole therapy stuff. Been brought up the way I was you don't ever talk about feelings, you shove them down then blow up out of nowhere. I am very grateful that I decided to give therapy a shot. It has definitely changed my perspective on thing. Sloane is a great therapist highly recommend her.

It’s so difficult to find a therapist that doesn’t make you feel vulnerable or confronted by your issues and how to face them but in the short time I’ve spent with Sloane Harris i have accomplished a lot, and I really do attribute that to how understood and comfortable she makes me feel

Sloane helped me connect my troubled past to present behaviors and understand how to begin to understand myself. It’s because of Sloane that I feel the warmth in the sun again, one review can’t do that justice.

Sloane is a great listener. She listens and says only a few words before I go, "yes, right" or "aha!" I feel believed and listened to.
