Sonal Shah, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, lack of motivation, low self esteem, building confidence, career conflict, social difficulties, & depression.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques but am also always reading up on other therapy styles since different things work for different people. If you have any concerns or questions about your therapy journey I am here and open to talking through things to make sure you get what you need.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy or resuming therapy after a break takes courage; so take a moment to give credit where it's due and be proud of yourself for getting started!
