Dr. Smith was very easy to talk to. This was my first experience with therapy and she made me feel comfortable and at ease that i could open up to her. Her Christian values were very aligned with my faith and i feel it will enhance my therapy journey

I enjoyed working with Dr. Smith the last few months! I found her very easy to talk with and I felt understood. She’s an experienced therapist, and incorporates both traditional and spiritual elements to therapy. My sessions with her encouraged me to continue doing the inner work while allowing myself to go through the journey of “grief/loss” at my own pace. Informative- empowering- calming!

Dr Smith is an exceptional therapist with a diverse understanding of micro aggressions within family background, and coping with grief and loss. She approaches depression, anxiety and trauma in a holistic manner and focuses less on the definition of the illness itself, and more on bettering the individual.
