Sophie is one of the most empathetic, understanding, and thoughtful people I have ever met. As a counselor, she is kind and compassionate. She is also curious and asks the perfect questions that show she really listens, nudging me to think about things in new ways that I never would have been able to without her. She has helped and continues to help me make significant progress in my mental health journey.
