About me
I’m Soren Stone (they/them), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving clients in Washington State. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle and my Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. I have a broad range of experience in mental health, having worked in nonprofit crisis services, community mental health, and private practice.
My practice focuses on supporting adults 18 and older who are navigating challenges related to trauma, anxiety, relationships, sexuality, gender, life transitions, spirituality, neurodivergence, and cultural stress. I believe in a holistic and personalized approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of modalities including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, Relational Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Feminist Therapy. I tailor these approaches to each individual’s unique needs.
Above all, I am deeply passionate about helping my clients build resilience, strengthen connections with themselves and others, and step into a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and true to who they are. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth, offering a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and thrive.

Soren is 100% better than my last one. I would recommend her to anyone. She actually trys to help find solutions and helps on how to handle difficult situations in life.
