I would recommend my therapist. Not only because she’s professional, I can feel that she listens and would sympathize with what I struggle with, And then she would recommend ways to anticipate situations or to handle circumstances better. I think these things are important when you struggle. Personally, therapy used to add pressure so I avoid it. I needed to feel safe and understood—and my therapist gives me these.

Stacey is amazing. I've only had 2 sessions with her and I already feel myself improving. She listens, gives great feedback, and makes me feel heard. She gives great advice and helps me understand myself better and helps me realize I am only human.
