About me

“Anyone can tell you what to do, but the true ability to grow comes from understanding who you are.”

In 15 years of clinical practice, I've realized that within our uniqueness, we have one thing in common: We are all constantly writing our life stories. Many of us are passive biographers, believing that our book is already written, and that the ending is set in stone. Here's the secret: Our lives are not linear, and we have the power to edit our narrative at any--and every--moment. While we cannot change our past, we can learn to change our perspective of it. Once we unlock our unconscious defenses, we gain insight about who we've become and unleash the potential to transform into who we authentically want to be.

When entering any new relationship, it is perfectly healthy--and encouraged-- to take the time you need to test it out and make sure it feels right. I promise to meet you where you are, and provide you with the tools to explore yourself deeper and make transformations at your own pace. I will support you to find the strength and motivation that will allow you to be more open and committed to making the changes you desire. In our time together, we will explore the full range of your emotions, including feelings that you may not be aware of--yet! Bringing these unconscious elements into your present experience offers you a series of a-ha moments that lay the foundation for greater self-awareness and enable you to live your best life.

If you're ready to dig deep, it is my honor to join you on your journey. Let's remove the barriers that are blocking you from realizing your wants, needs, and actualizing your full potential!

Stacey has been my therapist for nearly three years and I’m so grateful for her! I’ve grown in ways I’ve never thought were possible for me, and she has been so supportive. I always feel heard, and I always learn something new about myself that helps me feel like I’m improving. She is an amazing therapist!!!

Stacey is a true gift in my life, word's can't thank her enough for all she's done for me. Stacey offers a warm, safe and non-judging space where I can express myself freely and honestly. Stacey acknowledges me and meets me where I'm at with understanding and hope for healing . She's a true treasure for anyone fortunate enough to work with her.

I appreciate that she takes time to dig into your mind and know what you are really trying to say or not saying. With her guidance, I was able to really know who I am and learn how to better face life with challenges. I am continually given tools to unlearn things that hinder my growth as an individual. I have also gained tools to better myself and my relationship with others. She's a breath of fresh air! I've switched therapists in the past because it wasnt working and I am really glad to have found her. I am looking forward to continue working with her. Her patience and frankness is very refreshing and helpful and is what I really need in this platform.

I think that after roughly two years in therapy, I may genuinely have learned and understood a thing (possibly two) about myself. So that's what it feels like...
Stacey's amazing, has been from day one. Kind, insightful, supportive, all the things. If you're reading this, just know that without a doubt she is wayyy better than whoever fate threw you in with on your first go or two. You really would have clicked. But her current clients aren't going anywhere, mwahahaha!
