Stephanie is the best! She listens and always is open and honest in our sessions. She brings a lot of knowledge and compassion to each session. I am very comfortable for her and her support through my sessions and the different issues I face. I can’t recommend her enough!

Stephanie is an incredibly insightful listener. I appreciate the ways in which she perceives meaningful layers beneath what I’m saying—and offers me a fresh way to look at things. She’s empowering.

I came to Stephanie at a time in my life when it felt like everything was falling apart, and she has been my therapist for about six months. Every time we talk, I'm amazed at the way she puts all of my jumbled up thoughts into a perfect description of what I'm feeling. Everything seems to make so much sense after each of our video calls, and I have seen so much improvement in myself and the way I think over the past half year. Stephanie is so calm, understanding, and kind, and I always feel comfortable talking to her about anything. I can't recommend her enough!

I have had two sessions with Stephanie so far, and I could not be more pleased with my connection to her. Stephanie is extremely professional, compassionate and grounded, and her expertise in this field shines in her attention to the issues that I bring up, her thoughtful comments and insights that she provides and her unbiased empathy to how I am feeling during our sessions. I am looking forward to our future sessions and am hopeful knowing that there is someone advocating for my mental clarity in this neutral, safe platform where I can voice out my fears, apprehensions and anxiety without feeling that I will be judged or dismissed.
