I've been helping people work through life transitions and crisis for the past 20 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My work is focused predominately on mood disorders, self-injury, abuse, and building healthy relationships. I truly believe that everyone needs someone to talk to sometimes. Trained as a Mental Health Counselor and Creative Arts Therapist, I've been able to utilize a variety of techniques to guide people to personal insight and growth. Everyone's experience is unique, there is no cookie cutter solution to your situation, so I will tailor my interactions to what you need. Stephanie is kind, patient and understanding - all of which are very important qualities in a therapist. We’re only a few sessions in, but I was able to get comfortable talking to her almost immediately - and I appreciate her insights and perspective.
