About me

I have been a mental health counselor for the past 22 years. A lot of my background is in crisis management as well as treating trauma. I worked with children between the ages of 9 and 17. I am currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as well as New York.
My orientation uses ACT principles as well as cognitive behavioral techniques. I am trained in EMDR and also specialize in depression as well as anxiety. I also do marriage and couple counseling.
