About me

My name is Steve Reinoehl, a licensed counselor, hailing from Southeastern Pa. I have been married for 26 years, and live with my wife and daughter. I received a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Kutztown University in 2007, and have been practicing counseling for the past 10+ years, 6 years as a licensed therapist (LPC). I am a generalist, using a wide variety of counseling techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy, to name a few. I help individuals with a variety of mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I also work with families to help them improve relationships and solve relational problems. The words that best describe my counseling vocation are as follows: “I have been able to help even those individuals who suffer the most, experience positive change, and improve their lives.” Just as I help my family, I enjoy helping my clients. No problem is too hard for me. If you have a need, feel free to contact me, and I’ll be glad to help!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Steve Reinoehl. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Steve is very experienced, listens and responds well to any information I give him. As far as therapy goes, I like talking with him and like his approach to my issues. He’s very informative which is great for me as I tend to be more left brained and logical looking to understand my problems more than needing a shoulder to cry on. I would recommend Steve to anybody who is truly looking to better themselves through understanding and knowledge of their psychological and emotional issues.

Steve has been very professional. It's been really nice having a therapist that seams so determined to help me figure out my issues and get to the root of the cause. I've not felt this invested in by other therapists before. It's been really great sharing my life experiences with him and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Steve is a very thoughtful, compassionate, knowledgeable professional with a very kind manner. His years of experience have given him insight into what makes people “tick” and how to help them. He has helped me grieve losses, navigate trauma, and understand aberrant personality characteristics in people close to me and my family. He's been a valuable resource and means of guidance to me during some very rough times. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
