Steven was incredibly helpful from the very first session. He helped me focus on my goals, see things that I hadn’t seen in my interactions with others, and gave me tools and strategies to make progress on my goals. I now have real hope that I can make the changes I’ve been wanting and needing to improve communication in my relationship. Thank you, Steven!

I’ve been meeting with Steven for almost 3 weeks now , has been greatly helpful to my healing process/journey . He’s very attentive when listening to me, very knowledgeable to break down what he means in terms that I will understand or relate to. You can tell he enjoys his craft and that’s what makes him a phenomenal therapist.

Steven has been helping me for a month now. He’s opened my eyes to things I over looked that have so far helped me bring reality to my perspective. I was stressed and anxious, and I’m now calmer and starting to have a clearer mind and a plan on my mental recovery. He’s very knowledgeable, listens, and gives great suggestions. I’d definitely recommend this professional.

We've only met twice but he is thoughtful, observant and kind. He's already noticed a few things about me that have never been mentioned by other therapists.
