Steven Michael Fuller, LPC, LMFT
About me
Hi, my name is S. Michael Fuller. Call me Mike, Michael, Mr. Fuller, whichever you feel most comfortable with. I am licensed in Oklahoma as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist. I consider myself fortunate to have worked in a wide variety of settings (hospital, youth service agency, university setting as a adjunct professor, health department, public schools and private practice )that have allowed me to help people from many walks of life, ages from very young and just getting started in life to the elderly and moving into the latter stages of life. Diagnostic areas include the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Family of Origin Issues, Attention and Impulsivity, Grief and Loss issues. These are only a few examples of the many issues I have been able to help people with over the years. Each person I have been fortunate enough to work with has helped me grow and improve as a therapist, just as I hopefully can help you as you work to make changes that will help you grow and develop more fully to the vision you have for yourself.
My initial goal in working with you is to develop a relationship in which you feel heard and understood, respected and appreciated. Most of the time this happens rather quickly, allowing trust and rapport to grow to the point where we can begin to understand where you are emotionally, where you want to be and working together to use your strengths to get there. This process, sounding so simple, is the core of the therapeutic relationship that allows you to move from a place that simply is not working to one that is.
Congratulations, just by reading this you have taken a difficult beginning step towards a life that suits you better than the one you are in now. While I hope to help you in your journey, who you make the journey with is less important than the fact you make it!
I look forward to working with you on this journey!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Steven Michael Fuller. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Steven has been more than great and accommodating and I honestly look forward to speaking with him weekly. He is very friendly, easy to get along with, and provides help / advice in a way that lets you know he actually cares and is invested. He is also very good at “reading the room” if that makes sense, and he is the least pushy person you’ll talk with. He doesn’t try to force you to talk about stuff, and he does a great job of making sure you are comfortable before anything else. And he’s also great at making sure I don’t steer off track too much because I hate talking about certain topics.
There’s nothing worse than the feeling of knowing someone is bored or hating the conversation they are in..Steven is a complete 360 from that and his genuine care for you is something that you cant find in most places. Whether it’s talking about something dark, deep, emotional or something light, joking around or just talking to talk he is there 100% for you. I can’t recommend Steven enough!

Typically I never write reviews but for this good man I will!!
I can't express enough how much Mike has positively impacted my life. Initially seeking help during a challenging breakup, Mike provided an incredibly safe and supportive environment where I felt heard and understood. Beyond that, he's been an unwavering pillar of strength through life's daily struggles and battles with addiction.
What sets Mike apart is his remarkable ability to infuse even the toughest situations with humor and gratitude. Despite his own struggles, his optimism is infectious, reminding me of the beauty in life even during its darkest moments.
In summary, Mike isn't just a therapist; he's a beacon of hope and resilience. His compassion, wisdom, and constant support have guided me through some of life's toughest challenges, leaving me stronger and more grateful than ever. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Mike, for everything.

Mr. Fuller has been wonderful so far. I plan to continue with therapy with him until he and I feel that I am good to go without it. He listens, and I can tell he actually cares about his clients. I would recommend other people looking for the same kind of help.
