Sundra was the first therapist I was matched with, and I never looked back. She’s always been a calming voice of reason through tumultuous times, and in those times where I just need a little outside perspective and wise insight. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s a valuable part of my self-care routine.

Patient and to the point. She addresses the most pressing issue first. Great.
