I tried therapy once before Surilla and it was AWFUL. I didn’t feel heard and I didn’t feel comfortable trying it again for two years. I decided to give therapy one more shot and was matched with Surilla and she has been exactly what I needed. She asks all the right questions to get my wheels turning and I truly feel like she cares about my problems and listens to me. If you’ve never tried therapy or tried it and hated it, I would recommend seeing Surilla. She will absolutely change your mind about how you view therapy and really try to help you through whatever it is you’re going through without making you feel judged.

When I started therapy I though it was going to be me doing all the talking, and the therapist just asking how does that make you feel. But it's not like that at all. She goes beyond and talks about that problem for the week, to back to the problems from the past that could lead you to where you are now. Definitely helped me realize something in only a month that we started. I can't wait to see how much she helps me heal myself in the future.
