I am licensed as a therapist the state of Virginia with 23 years of professional work experience. Over the past 23 years, I have helped clients cope with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and family issues, trauma, abuse, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity, and honoring an individual’s cultural and religious beliefs. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life by seeing a therapist takes a lot of courage.
