Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Susan Henry. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I am a big fan of therapy, having been in therapy of some kind since the 70s. I was still hesitant about online therapy, thinking it wouldn't be real enough, that I wouldn't connect with the therapist, that it was gimmicky and artificial. I was wrong on all counts. I like Susan Henry better than any previous therapist I have had and I really have had several good therapists.

Susan is an exceptional listener, reflecting my thoughts better than I've written them. She has a gentle way of confronting my black or white thinking that doesn't make me feel defensive. She is all the things that are listed on the survey after each session, knowledgeable, timely, respectful, etc.

Susan is also good at bringing other resources to the table; she is familiar with the group sessions, classes, worksheets & journaling experiences offered. When I use these, she follows up on them, incorporating them into our therapy sessions.

I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Susan Henry; they and she are exceptional.
