Are you feeling lost; confused or broken? I have 22 years experience working in crisis intervention; depression; anxiety; grief/loss; divorce; gender identity/gay orientation issues; co-parenting; relational problems; domestic violence; trauma; sexual abuse; fertility/adoption; and career/life transition issues. As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I have experience working with individuals; couples and families. I am extremely ethical and am non-judgmental. If I do not feel I cannot help in your presenting issue; I will refer you to someone who could better assist you.
It is also important for you to feel comfortable and safe with your therapist in order to develop trust and form a positive relationship which is essential in your ability to progress and improve. Change happens from within and if you are ready to face some of your concerns, I can help.
