Susan has a phenomenal degree of experience in the field. She is an expert at getting to the source of the primary concern, even when at a surface level it looks unrelated. She will hold you accountable when you ask her too, while also not forcing hard topics when you just need a light week. I went from therapist skepticism to feeling convicted to write a glowing review.

BetterHelp has been a game-changer for me, and I can’t say enough about my therapist, Susan. When I first started therapy, I was navigating the overwhelming grief of losing my best friend to an overdose—a loss that made me rethink my entire life, including my career path as a 45-year-old college student. From our very first sessions, I knew I could trust Susan. She not only listens with compassion but also reaches out when I start to withdraw, reminding me that I’m not alone. That kind of support is truly invaluable.
