I am licensed in Washington with 8 years of professional work experience. Throughout that time, my main focus has been helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. In addition, I have specific skills in the areas of gender transition and religious trauma. I use evidence based modalities such as CBT, DBT and ACT, along with active listening and motivational interviewing.
