Susan is a beam of light! She offers such rich wisdom and thoughtful compassion to our sessions. I hope to continue under her guidance as a therapist for as long as I can. Additionally, I must note how quick Susan is able to pick out the important stuff and steer my often scattered thoughts into sound reasoning. Grateful to know this therapist! Highly reccommend.

Susan is amazing and the first therapist I've met that I instantly felt comfortable with. I love that we can have dialog, it helps me feel mire like I'm talking to an intelligent friend and less like this is just her job. Thank you Susan!

Susan always listens and shows that she truly cares. Its completely sincere and obvious where it would be quite easy to spot if she wasn't. She is very happy to give you direction and systems to help you with whatever you're going through. Many therapists give you a "feel-good" talk session and don't really give you many valuable tools or actual direction. She, however, is completely different than the vast majority.
She listens, acknowledges, gives simpathy and care when nessessary, and then directly addresses the issues with a plan. I truly appreciate everything she does and I'm so thankful that I have found her.

Susan St. Vrain is hands down the best therapist I have ever had! She is truly brilliant at helping me transform my behavior, my mindsets, and gently but firmly encourages me to look at situations from a new outlook. My life is completely changed.

My life has changed- so much so that I had to look back to remember the state of fear, frustration and hopelessness that I came to her in. She really helped me transform at the deepest level. My depression of a lifetime has lifted, I have better (not perfect) relationships with family, and I see a bright future for myself.

I highly recommend Susan. She's really amazing. I can't thank her enough.
