It’s my first time experiencing therapy as an adult and Suzy Gold does a great job by encouraging my growth and accomplishments when it comes to my personal goals. She is very welcoming and supportive. I have learned multiple ways to stay grounded and positive thanks to Suzy Gold’s energy. I highly recommend her.

Suzi is very helpful and truly understands the issues that are important to me. She listens well and then has a knack for pulling it all together and offering advice and therapy exercises that help me work through my issues. We've only met a few times (hence my 8 instead of 10 at this time), but I feel comfortable talking to her, and I plan to stay a patient of her for a while.

Suzy is kind, caring, compassionate and honest and her faith-based approach to my challenges in life have helped me through some very, very hard moments. Some days, I don't know what to expect or know what I will encounter from a very difficult relationship in my life, so, knowing that I have a voice of reason and a sounding board and prayer partner in Suzy means so much. I will continue to choose healing and healthy boundaries with her support!

Suzy is a great listener. She offers very helpful suggestions and supports me with my mental health journey. She brings up points that I never knew were possible, and provides links for me to relate seemingly random things about myself to my mental health issues.
