About me

"You are not alone, I am here to help!"
It is what I do and who I am. I started in health, fitness, and well-being and moved into other fields until I found my calling in counselling and psychotherapy. Helping others to find their meaning and purpose in life, overcoming their challenges, whatever they may be. To discover the why and the how of who they are. To know what we can change, what to accept and have the wisdom to know the difference. More than the traditional psychology of what is wrong with us, but to flourish. I have been doing this in various forms for more than forty years.

Sydney is very knowledgable, considerate and funny. Every session I feel like I learn something new, whether it be a new skill or something new about myself. Sydney remembers previous sessions well and makes connections I often would not see. Would absolutely recommend to anyone seeking therapy

I want to express my deep gratitude for Sydney’s assistance. At first, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the information provided, but after taking the time to read through everything and then discussing it with him, I realized just how invaluable his support has been. Sydney is truly a breath of fresh air, and I’m genuinely thankful for the opportunity to work with him.

I've been seeing Sydney for a while now, and I can honestly say he's exceptional. He's incredibly attentive and truly listens to you, no matter what you're going through. His awareness and understanding make you feel heard and supported. Despite the challenges, I've noticed significant improvement in myself, and I always look forward to our sessions. He's objective and precise in identifying what you need, which has been incredibly helpful in my journey. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist.

What a kind empathetic therapist Sidney is. I feel as if he can see right into my soul. He never rushes me to finish our sessions but waits until I have my emotions under control before leaving me with words of comfort.
