Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sylvia Grate. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I have worked with Sylvia for nine months for LGBT issues also including anxiety and self-esteem concerns and career and life changes in general. Actually the range of topics we have discussed - and in which she has encouraged me to explore the difficulties and obstacles and their meanings for me - has been extremely wide-ranging, almost astonishingly so. Yet what has tied all of this self-exploration and growth together has been our wonderful relationship each session. Sylvia has always been present, empathetic and ready to both understand or challenge me and each time to my own ultimate benefit in my week to week life. She has participated in my happiness or sadness, across all the range of emotions, with her presence and heartfelt concern as well as her prudent and careful guidance about how I may be thinking or processing my feelings about an experience. Her application of CBT skills has been practical and informal for each given situation, while being extremely knowledgeable in her approach overall. Sylvia really has been a wonderfully helpful and compassionate therapist to work with on my journey.
