I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington state. My counseling style is compassionate, warm and empathic. I believe that at the core of all successful therapy starts with a good therapeutic relationship. I work from a strengths base approach incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy tailored to meet client needs. I feel providing a safe environment is key for a person to feel comfortable to be able to tell their story. I look forward to working with you.
