Incredible clinician. Knows how to guide conversation in a productive and healthy way. Holds me accountable for my own self sabbatage and validates when I show up for myself.

Tamara has a very light friendly energy that makes it so comfortable for me to confide in her. Through speaking with her, I can tell that she truly understands by the insight that she gives. She asks very powerful questions that leave me delightfully pondering, that helps me to give myself grace. She is also very encouraging and I leave the sessions feeling relieved and positive. Thank you Tamara!
