About me
Hello! Let me express to you how courageous you are to want to seek support and I hope that I can help you to find what you want in life. Here is some information about me:
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over 14 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds over the course of my career. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, family issues, marital issues, OCD, ADHD, Autism, PTSD, and those who have experienced different types of abuse.
My style of counseling is based in helping others to develop the skills, abilities, and knowledge to make positive changes in life. I provide a place where thoughts and feelings can be expressed freely and openly to create an atmosphere of trust. I aim to assist individuals to gain insight, strategies, and tools to be successful. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral with supportive techniques to help individuals build lasting change and meet identified goals.
Taking the step to seek counseling can be scary and intimidating. I can offer an atmosphere where you will feel both validated and understood. I will commit to the experience and give all that I can to make sure that you reach your goals. If you want to be both supported and challenged, you will have selected the right counselor with me. Rest assured that I will be committed to working with you!
