I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 26 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, & parenting issues. I also have experience working with depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Active listening is a skill I can use to help you moving some of your internal conflict outward so that healing can begin. There are many skills and strategies we can work on to decrease emotional suffering, increase effective communication and to assist you in feeling more balanced in your life.
