For me personally, Tanisha is the balance I needed. She is professional, yet personable, kind and empathetic yet firm and holds me accountable. She knows when to listen and when to ask the right reflective questions. She challenges me without overstretching me. She is consistent and reliable, yet knows when to break from the routine with a new exercise to help me grow. I cannot thank her enough for insights and support during what has been an incredibly difficult period in life and I am very grateful for the privilege of having access to her expertise.
