Tara is responsive, understanding, provides tools for improving, and gets you through whatever challenges you’re facing. She is very knowledgeable in many fields that are applicable. I highly recommend her! Secret is out she’s great. Her schedule is booked solid most of the time if you want proof of how well accepted she is.

I absolutely love Tara. She creates space where you feel seen and heard and offers a perspective to view situations in a different way then, for me, my mind thinks. She also offers different tools to help you outside of your sessions. I leave my sessions feeling amazing, and I never thought I’d get so much out of therapy. She’s so helpful!

My first time seeing a therapist, I find Tara a great listener and asks good questions. She is able to quickly assess my needs and follows up with appropriate resources and opportunities for reflection. I am a bit surprised how BetterHelp was able to match me with someone who is so perfectly aligned with my situation.
