I’m so glad i got matched with Dr T. After a bad first experience with another therapist i was about to give up, but she encouraged me to give it another go and i’m so glad i did! Building a therapeutic alliance with Dr T has been super rewarding, and although the work is hard, i’m glad i’m doing this for myself. Dr T will come in clutch with statements that blow everything wide open and she’s exactly what i need in my life now.

Dr. T is an incredible therapist. She creates a safe, engaging space where I feel safe to share my thoughts and experiences.
She regularly holds me accountable for my actions and helps me to foster more healthy thought processes.
Through working with her, I have been able to meet myself where I am currently in my mental and emotional states, but also feel motivated in setting achievable goals for being a healthier and more present version of myself.
I am very grateful to have Dr T in my life, and hope to continue working with her.
Thanks for being the best, Dr T!
